About ‘Einstein’s Dreams’

‘Einstein’s Dreams’ is a 1992 novel by Alan Lightman. The book contains thirty different concepts and dreams of the way time might work that Einstein had while he was working on his theory of relativity in 1905. There are three interludes in the book with Einstein meeting up with his friend, Besso, a prologue and epilogue. ‘Einstein’ explains each concept of time by demonstrating the relationship a human has to each of his dreams.
